Evaluates the individual’s ability to arrive on time for work, meetings, and deadlines, reflecting their reliability and commitment to timeliness.
Evaluates how promptly the staff communicates audit risks or issues to Manager/ In-charge.
Assesses staff’s ability to manage client expectations, communicate professionally, and maintain ethical behavior.
